We bill patients up front with the copay information we get directly through their insurance providers system. Per your insurance to us, that should be your cost up front. If and when we receive payment back from your insurance, if they state your cost is less than what we charged you, we can go ahead and reimburse you!
Please be advised that claims can take 2-4 weeks to process. Once you receive your EOB for the visit, feel free to send that over to us and we can take a look to see if a refund would be appropriate!
