Manage your membership through your profile on plushcare.com
- Log into your account here and go to your profile
- Go to the Payment and Insurance tab
- Click the cancel your membership link and complete the process.
To cancel before your next billing cycle, please complete the cancellation process at least one calendar day before your membership is set to renew.
Not seeing the blue hyperlink to cancel your membership? In most cases, this means you used a different email address to sign up for PlushCare! Please make sure you are signed in to your profile with the email address you used when you created your PlushCare profile!
