For refunds on a medication, the prescription delivery program is packaged with medication cost, appointment cost, and delivery costs. If your medication is not working for you, talk to your physician. Your physician will work with you to review your treatment plan and adjust your medication as needed. If your doctor issues a different mental health medication eligible for delivery, you will receive it at no extra charge.
Please note, we do not accept returns on medication.
