Patients choosing to participate in the medication delivery program will be required to enter a mailing address when creating an account. Patients will also be able to update or change their address in the profile section of the PlushCare mobile app. If it is after your appointment, and you need to change your mailing address, please contact our Care Team by calling 1-800-221-5140 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
