Otherwise, our non-insurance initial visit cost is just $129.00 flat fee + our membership fee.
You can pay for your visits using a credit card, debit card, or your HSA/FSA funds. If you need an itemized receipt for your visit to submit for reimbursement, simply email us at email@example.com.
You can also use FSA and HSA distributions to cover prescriptions from a PlushCare doctor and lab costs if referred by a PlushCare doctor.
Please note that HSA/FSA funds cannot be used to cover PlushCare membership costs, and you will need to keep a credit or debit card on file to keep your account in good standing.
