Change a Card
Patients can change their credit card in two ways:
- Upon booking an appointment we will ask you to confirm the card for payment
- Within the patient profile, patients can change their card information at any time. From the app, navigate to "my health" at the bottom of the app, click on your initials on the top right, navigate to "billing", and then under payment method on the right, click on the pencil icon to change your card.
Remove a Card
Currently, patients cannot remove their credit cards themselves, but if you call us at (855) 559-2285, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or leave us an in-app message, someone from the Care Team can remove your card on your behalf. For the quickest resolution, if emailing from a different email include name, DOB, and email or phone number on file.
