Why did my appointment get canceled?

Unfortunately in rare instances, your visit may need to be canceled. This may happen if your appointment reason is out of scope of the care PlushCare doctors can provide, such as a refill for a controlled substance. We may also need to cancel your visit if your doctor has an emergency and can no longer make it to your appointment. 

Please keep an eye out for an email from us for a detailed explanation on your specific situation. 

If for any reason we cancel your appointment, we will not charge you for the visit. Please allow 24 hours for the pending hold to drop off of your card.
