All new patients get one free 30-day trial for membership. PlushCare may offer trials as a promotion from time to time, but the general policy is one free 30-day free trial for each unique member. If you cancel your membership, you will not be entitled to another 30-day trial. If you wish to cancel your membership after the 30-day trial expires, then you will need to do that at least one day before the membership is scheduled to renew. You can cancel your trial via PlushCare.com, calling our Care Team, or sending us an email.
Cancel via PlushCare.com:
- Login to your account by clicking here
- Click your name to open up the drop-down menu
- Navigate to your Profile and click Payment and Insurance
- Choose to cancel your membership
Other ways to Cancel:
You may also cancel your membership by giving the Care Team a call at (800) 221-5140 or sending an email to info@plushcare.com with your request. Please call or email at least one day prior to your membership renewal date.
