Once we receive your laboratory results, a PlushCare physician will review them. After the review is complete, we will notify you by email and push notification that your results are available.
Typically, this is 3-5 days from when you provide samples to the lab. If you have any medical follow-up questions about your lab results, please book an appointment with your doctor online or through the app.
There are two ways you can look up your lab results:

- Log into the mobile app
- (iOS) Tap on "My Health" or (Android) “My Account”
- Tap on " Test Results"
- Click “Complete” at the top to see lab results. Pending lab orders can be found in “Incomplete”.
- Click on a specific lab to see the results and your doctor’s notes

- Click on Tests & Results from your dashboard
- Click on the specific lab test(s) for more details, including any notes sent from your doctor or the next steps. Click on "View Results" to view a PDF file of your full results.
Not seeing your lab results after 7 days?
If you have a copy of your results from the lab but haven’t heard back from us, you can send them to us in a secure message.
