How to view your lab results

After we receive your lab results, they will be reviewed by a PlushCare doctor. Once the doctor has reviewed your labs, we’ll send you an email and push notification that your lab results are ready. Typically, this is 3-5 days from when you provide samples to the lab. If you have any medical follow-up questions about your lab results, please book an appointment with your doctor online or through the app.

There are two ways you can look up your lab results:

PlushCare App: 

1. Log into the mobile app       

2. (iOS) Tap on "My Health" or (Android) “My Account”

3. Tap on " Test Results"     

4. Click “Complete” at the top to see lab results. Pending lab orders can be found in “Incomplete”.

5. Click on a specific lab to see the results and your doctor’s notes 

Website: 

1. Log into your account at www.plushcare.com 

2. Click on Tests & Results from your dashboard 

3. Click on the specific lab test(s) for more details, including any notes sent from your doctor or the next steps. Click on "View Results" to view a  PDF file of your full results. 

Not seeing your lab results after 7 days?
If you have a copy of your results from the lab but haven’t heard back from us, you can send them to us in a secure message.
