Patients may cancel their appointments through the app or website. Locate your upcoming appointment on the dashboard and select “Reschedule or Cancel.” You may also cancel your appointment by contacting your Care Team at 1-800-221-5140 or by emailing info@plushcare.com.
Late cancellations and no shows:
- Any cancellations or reschedules 4 hours prior to your appointment may incur a $75 penalty fee.
- Any no-shows to your appointment may incur a $75 penalty fee.
