If your video appointment isn’t loading:

- Your internet connection may not be not strong enough. Wifi is recommended over cellular service for an optimal experience. If you cannot connect to Wifi, please be in a secure, quiet place with at least 4 bars of a 4G connection.
- You may not have video and microphone permissions enabled. If you disable either for your appointment, your video will not load until they are enabled. This is to ensure your doctor can see and hear you during your visit. You can usually edit these permissions from your browser settings, or from the app settings on your phone if you’re using the mobile app.
