The PlushCare website works best with Chrome, Firefox, and Opera browsers. Make sure that you’re allowing PlushCare to access your camera within the settings of your device. How to Enable Camera/Microphone Settings if not prompted:
Mobile browsers and apps
iPhone/iPad (iOS):
- PlushCare App:
- Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera/Microphone.
- Scroll to find PlushCare and ensure both Camera and Microphone permissions are set to "Allow".
- Apple Support: Control access to hardware.
Safari on Mobile Device (Not recommended):
- Go to Settings > Safari > Camera and Microphone.
- Set both to "Allow"
Android Phones
- PlushCare App
- Open Settings > Apps > PlushCare.
- Go to Permissions and ensure Camera and Microphone are enabled.
Desktop Browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge):
For Safari on macOS (Desktop):
- Enable Camera and Microphone Permissions:
- Open Safari, then go to the PlushCare website
- In the menu bar, select Safari > Settings for This Website (or Preferences, depending on macOS version).
- A pop-up will appear with options for camera and microphone access.
- Set Camera and Microphone permissions to "Allow".
Google Chrome:
- Click the Lock icon in the address bar when using PlushCare’s web version.
- Set Camera and Microphone permissions to "Allow".
- You can also manage these under Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings.
Microsoft Edge:
- Open PlushCare’s website, click the Lock icon near the address bar, and manage permissions for Camera and Microphone.

Mozilla Firefox
- Click the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the upper-right corner of the browser and select Settings.
- In the Privacy & Security panel, scroll down to the Permissions section.
- Next to Camera and Microphone, click the Settings button.
- You will see a list of websites that have previously requested access. Find PlushCare in the list and change its permission to "Allow".
- You can also remove sites from this list if needed, and Firefox will prompt for access again the next time.
