How long do prior authorizations take?

Once you submit the form, it usually takes 7-10 business days for us to process and submit it to your insurance. From there, insurance takes 5-7 business days on average to make a decision. Unfortunately, there is no way to expedite these requests unless your insurance deems it urgent. Medications for weight management typically don't qualify as urgent. We'll reach out via email with any updates during the process
