Where do I find my PCN or BIN number?

The PCN and BIN numbers should be located on your insurance card. You will often find these numbers with the word "RX" in front of it.

Below are some examples of where you may find those numbers. 

If you still cannot find these numbers, some insurance companies will give you a second card for your prescription benefits, and they may be located on your prescription benefits card.
