- Once logged in, click on your Name in the top right-hand corner and a drop-down menu will appear
- Click on My Dashboard in that drop down menu
- This will bring up your dashboard and any booked appointments will be on this page
- On the left-hand side, under "Upcoming Appointments" you should see a picture of the doctor and a button that says "Join Call"
- Click on the "Join Call" button and your face will appear on the screen
- It's important to join your appointment at least 5 minutes prior to the appointment time and your doctor will enter into the video session at the time of your appointment
