To join your video appointment via the PlushCare app, follow the steps below:
- Check to see if you've downloaded the PlushCare app to your device
- Once you've downloaded the app, follow the prompts to enter your login credentials
- Once entered, you'll be brought to your patient dashboard
- From here, you can view your upcoming visit information with the options to:
- Prepare for your appointment
- Join video call
- Click Join Video Call and your camera should activate
