1. You can download the PlushCare App in the Google Play Store of your device.
2. Once you download it, it will prompt you to enter your credentials. This will be your email address and the password you create.
3. Once you sign in it’ll pull up your current appointment; on the same page it’ll show a picture of the Doctor and the ability to Start Video, Upload Photo, or Cancel under the "Prepare for your appointment".

4. Just hit "Join Video Call" and you should see your face appear on your phone.
5. At the time of your appointment, the Doctor's face will appear right behind yours and your face will minimize to the bottom corner.
Please enter into the video chat at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will also be sending you specific video instructions to your email address.
